Tigers Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Islanders
A 4-RBI performance from Gary Corbett, who is tied for 5th in the PRL in bases on balls with 17, helped the Tenafly Tigers beat the Grand Island Islanders, 17-9. With the win, Tenafly has a record of 9-12. Grand Island falls to 13-8.

Corbett had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a first pitch fastball from Tim Lane, he banged a grand slam home run to right, giving the Tigers a 10-6 lead. It was the 6th home run of the year for Corbett.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Corbett said.
