Tigers Win at Seminole, 9-5
The Tioga Central Tigers topped the Seminole Warhawks, 9-5, with right fielder Mike Brandenburg playing a big role. Brandenburg went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Tigers in the win. Tioga Central reliever Rich McKinney picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Javier Torres was saddled with the loss. Daniel Wilson earned the save, his 1st, for the Tigers.

Jesse Sheehy, who is tied for 7th in the PRL in stolen bases with 3, aided the Tioga Central cause with a run-scoring ground out in the top of the third. For the game, the left fielder drew 2 walks in 5 plate appearances. He drove in 2 runs.

"I still think this team has room for improvement," Brandenburg told the Tioga Central Times.

The Tigers bumped their record to 12-8 with this latest triumph.
