Warhawks Trip Panthers in Extras

Seminole Warhawks starter Dustin Campeau pitched a strong game against the Derby Panthers at Attack Ballpark, leading the Warhawks to a 6-5 win. The winner was Tyler Rittenhouse in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Mitch Lundy took the loss. The 5th-place Warhawks improved to 7-12.
The Warhawks got a big at-bat from center fielder Manny Marin. For the game, Marin was 2-4 with 2 singles and 3 walks, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the 12th, with the bases loaded, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 25th hit of the season gave Seminole a 6-5 lead.
"Put a star next to this win," Marin said.
