Panthers Rally to Eke Out Win
Carl Albert got a terrific performance from third baseman Eric Testerman, but it wasn't enough to beat the Derby Panthers. Derby won the Managua HS Grounds contest, 7-6. Testerman was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Derby reliever Jason Hazzard picked up the win to move to 4-0. Brandon Rosko suffered the loss. The last-place Titans have lost 4 consecutive games.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when Derby left fielder Tom Vallis, facing Brandon Rosko, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Panthers the 7-6 win.

"What a great win for our team," said a jubilant Daniel Hills, the Derby manager.
