Javier Slugs Park to 10-6 Win

It was a good time at Swamp Foxes Stadium, where fans came to watch the Jacksonville State Jaguars and College Park get after it.
The College Park grabbed a 10-6 win over the Jacksonville State Jaguars at Swamp Foxes Stadium. College left fielder Carlos Javier hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice to earn player of the game honors. Dedrick Savage got the win, improving to 1-1. He pitched 7.2 innings, giving up 10 hits and 6 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 1.
Javier contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for College in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 2-0, Javier took a fastball from Justin Hatcher and stroked the home run to right. His 3rd home run of the season allowed the Park to leap in front, 4-2.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Javier told the College News.
The Jaguars fall to 4-8 and continue their uneasy start to the 2033 season.
