The Central Tech Blues defeated the Jacksonville State Jaguars, 10-6, at Oranges Ballpark today. Leading the charge for Central Tech was catcher Bruce Bucco. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Central Tech, now 2-1, has played well in the early going.

Paul Range hit a 2-run triple off Nate Meyers in the bottom of the fifth, which put the Blues in front, 6-4. In addition to the triple, Range had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.
