Monarchs third baseman Gérard Lelièvre put his stamp on his team's 13-4 win over the Saskatoon Legends. Lelièvre went 3-4 with 3 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times for London in the contest. London is now 29-22, 3½ games up in the Lester B. Person League East Division.

Ron Withers aided the London cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the third. For the game, the shortstop drew 1 walk.
