Victory Pushes Outlaws Record to 31-19
|
The 2033 season is getting ugly for Trois-Rivieres.
Randy Stackhouse helped his team muscle past the Trois-Rivieres Saints, 9-3. In the game, the Calgary designated hitter went 3-5 with 2 doubles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Lou Swyers sewed up the save, his 1st.
Stackhouse had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the third inning, when he hit a 2-run double. The Outlaws went on to win.
"Winning the game is always the first objective," Stackhouse said.
The last-place Saints have lost 9 consecutive games.
