Legends Lose, 2-1, at Drummondville College Grounds

The Niagara Stars topped the Saskatoon Legends, 2-1, in CANADIAN BASEBALL LEAGUE action at Drummondville College Grounds. The player of the game was Niagara pitcher and Edmonton, Canada native Scott Ross. Ross picked up the win for Niagara, going 5.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 2-1. Niagara is now 13-22, while Saskatoon is 20-15.
Frank Wickett was 1 for 2 with 2 walks for Niagara. The 20-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring walk off Zach Arrington. It was his 8th walk of the season.
