London starter Zack Hogan pitched effectively against the Kelowna Heat at Hatchets Ballpark. The left-hander led his team to a 4-1 win. Reliever Harry Ayotte picked up the win. His record improves to 4-1. Tom Simpson took the loss. The Monarchs bumped their record to 15-10 with this latest triumph.

Bruce Michaud chipped in for London with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the tenth. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 RBI.
