Oklahoma State and Oklahoma duked it out at Biglerville College Fields and the Cowboys came out victorious.

Benefiting from Doug Djordjevic's productive game, the Oklahoma State Cowboys downed the Oklahoma Sooners, 8-6. Djordjevic was 3 for 5 with 3 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Cowboys. Josh Gamble got the win, improving to 3-2. He worked 5 innings, giving up 2 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. Bryan Marks picked up the save, his 4th.

The Cowboys got a big at-bat from designated hitter Justin Williams. For the game, Williams was 1-4 with a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the top of the first, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 16th hit of the season gave Oklahoma State a 2-0 lead.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Djordjevic said. "We did a good job of that today."
