Titans Lose, 8-5, at Ballpark of Shiprock College

UCLA and Cal State Fullerton duked it out at Ballpark of Shiprock College and the Bruins came out victorious.
Despite a great performance by Cal State Fullerton right fielder Joey McDonough, the UCLA Bruins defeated the Titans by the score of 8-5 at Ballpark of Shiprock College. McDonough was 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Getting the save was Jonathan Frias, his 7th.
Brian Opp aided the UCLA cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the third. For the game, the shortstop drew 2 walks in 4 plate appearances.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Opp said after the game.
UCLA is now 18-19, while Cal State Fullerton is 20-17.
