Victory Pushes Bears Record to 19-14
It was a good time at Wolverines Stadium, where fans came to watch the California Golden Bears and Baylor Bears get after it.

The Baylor Bears took California pitcher Miguel Salmeron's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Wolverines Stadium. The final score had Baylor getting past the Golden Bears, 8-1. Salmeron went 5.1 innings and allowed no earned runs, striking out 7. Baylor is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Baylor took a 4-1 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning. With no one out, third baseman Tyler Sullivan hit a 3-run home run that set the crowd abuzz.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Sullivan told the Baylor Times.
