Volunteers Win at Kansas, 3-1
|
In a low-scoring clash between Tennessee and Kansas, pitcher Adam Sullivan was a difference-maker. The right-hander earned player of the game honors for Tennessee in the 3-1 win. Jim Drennen closed the door for Tennessee, picking up his 3rd save of the year. The Volunteers bumped their record to 10-9 with this latest triumph.
