|
Brent Biernacki was instrumental in his team's 11-0 triumph over the Oklahoma State Cowboys. The third baseman hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Vanderbilt Commodores. John Gayden was the winning pitcher. Over 6.1 innings, he allowed no runs on 5 hits, with 1 walk and 8 strikeouts. The Commodores bumped their record to 7-7 with this latest triumph.
