It was a good time at Forney College Grounds, where fans came to watch the Miami Hurricanes and Iowa State Cyclones get after it.

The Iowa State Cyclones cruised to a 13-1 win over the Miami Hurricanes at Forney College Grounds today. Chris Krause led the way, going 2-for-2 for Iowa State. Iowa State, now 7-2, has played well in the early going.

Matt O'Dell aided the Iowa State cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first. For the game, the center fielder went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk.

"I really like what we did out there today," O'Dell said after the game.
