USC played host to Oregon State at the friendly confines of Nesquehoning College Fields.

The USC Trojans beat the Oregon State Beavers, 8-6, at Nesquehoning College Fields. USC left fielder Greg Dimon earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. Chris Moran locked down his 3rd save.

The Trojans got a big at-bat from first baseman Dusty Bonar. For the game, Bonar was 2 for 2 with 2 doubles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 2nd double of the season gave USC a 7-6 lead.
