The TCU Horned Frogs beat the Baylor Bears, 7-1, at Dingoes Ballpark. TCU first baseman David Clayton earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He went 3-4 with a home run, 2 doubles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. David Raponi earned the win for TCU. He lasted 5 innings, allowing 1 earned run on 2 hits, while striking out 8. With the win, he raised his record to 1-1. At 5-3, the Horned Frogs have played well so far.
