The North Carolina Tar Heels gave their fans something to talk about with a thrilling, walk-off win.

The North Carolina Tar Heels topped the Wake Forest Demon Deacans, 7-4, with youngster Josh Muston playing a key role. Muston was 1-1 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Tar Heels in the win. North Carolina reliever Josh Huntsman picked up the win to move to 1-0. Zach Laudenbach suffered the loss.

Muston had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a 1-2 fastball from Zach Laudenbach, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Tar Heels a 7-4 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Muston.

In comments to the North Carolina Chronicle, Muston insisted that he's not as disinterested as it often appears. "Haters will hate," he added.

Losses have been few and far between for the Demon Deacans so far this season. Their record drops to 4-2.
