Mellon Hits 2 home runs in Cavaliers Win
The Virginia Cavaliers dealt the Florida Gators a 13-3 loss at Ballpark of Redwood College. Matt Mellon was the star on offense. He was 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. The Cavaliers, now 4-0, have hit the ground running this season.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth when Mellon hit a 2-run home run. It propelled the Cavaliers into the lead, 5-3.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Mellon said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
