The Chippewa River Chiefs topped the Kingwood Knights, 6-2, in Lyman Bostock League action at Stable Park. The player of the game was Chippewa pitcher Lorenzo Chavez. Chippewa bumps their record to 92-61 with the win.
Ryan Agee, who is tied for 7th in the BOL in doubles with 30, aided the Chippewa cause with a 2-run single in the top of the second. For the game, the second baseman was 1 for 4. He drove in 2 runs.
