The Mile High Mustangs bested the Quebec Armada, 7-6, at Lucky 7 Ballpark. Tsunayoshi Tanaka was named player of the game. He went 3-4 with 3 singles. He scored 3 times. Mile High reliever Rintaro Shinoda picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Joachim Doucet shouldered the loss. Quan Que earned his 1st save in 1 tries.

Evan Hemming's hit in the top of the ninth was a game-changer. With one out, he rapped a fastball from Joachim Doucet for a run-scoring single. It put Mile High in front, 7-6.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Hemming. "And not try to do too much."

The Mustangs, with just their 2nd win so far in 2033, have yet to catch fire.
