Houston rode a good effort from starter José López to beat the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws at Penlee Park. The final score was 4-0. Houston, at 81-66, sits in second place in the Donnie Moore League Tommy Lasorda Division.

Logan Schoen helped out the Houston cause in the top of the fifth inning with a 2-run double. For the game, the first baseman was 1-3 with a double, while adding 2 RBI.
