The Okanagan Lake Monsters downed the Palm Beach Bums, 10-4, at Envoys Ballpark. The Lake Monsters were led by Leo Ceballos, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 5. Okanagan leads the Lyman Bostock League Dick Williams Division by 6 games.
It could have been a different outcome for Okanagan, had it not been for Ben Joyce, the 21-year old second baseman . Joyce contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the fifth inning to put Okanagan up, 4-3.
