Palm Beach Bums starter Jose Fernandez turned in an exceptional performance against the Bethesda Hornets at Envoys Ballpark, resulting in a Palm Beach win, 2-1. Palm Beach now has a 3-game win streak.
The Bums got a big at-bat from third baseman Joey Milledge. For the game, Milledge was 1-3 with a triple. In the bottom of the seventh, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring triple. His 1st triple of the season gave Palm Beach a 2-1 lead.
