Bush Wackers Bang Out 7-2 Win Versus Houston
|
The first-place Brisbane Bush Wackers welcomed Houston to Baylor Ballpark.
Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Insung Yaung, the Brisbane Bush Wackers defeated the Houston Sting, 7-2. Yaung was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Bush Wackers. Graham Bennett picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-1. He struck out 3 in 5.2 innings.
Yaung had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Bush Wackers went on to win.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Yaung told the Brisbane Observer.
The Bush Wackers bumped their record to 89-46 with this latest triumph.
