Barrow Frosties starter Ricky Juarez was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Winfield Warriors, 3-1. Marco Cruz earned his 9th save in 10 chances. Barrow is 67-66 and Winfield, with the loss, 55-73.

The Frosties beat the Warriors with some clutch hitting. The single by Winn Miller in the bottom of the fifth is a good example. With two down, Miller gave his team the lead, 2-1, when he came through with the big hit.

Miller called the win "a collective effort."
