Hornets Walk Off with 9-5 Win
The Bethesda Hornets topped the Coney Island Cyclones, 9-5, in Donnie Moore League action at Hornets Field. The player of the game was Bethesda pitcher and Puerto Rico native Gabriel Martínez. The Hornets bumped their record to 76-56 with this latest triumph.

Sean Witter was the walk-off hero for Bethesda. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Hornets pinch hitter hit a dramatic grand slam home run to send the teams home.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Martínez told reporters after the game.
