Princes Get Road Win, 6-3
|
Amari Cameron helped his team muscle past the Eugene Emeralds, 6-3. In the game, the Bel Air right fielder went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Cole Sanford picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-4. Roberto Delaluz was tagged with the loss. The last-place Princes have won 4 straight.
Cameron had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a full count fastball from Roberto Delaluz, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the Princes a 6-3 lead. It was the 11th home run of the year for Cameron.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Cameron said after the game.
