Larson goes 4-for-5 in Cyclones Win
|
The Coney Island Cyclones defeated the Chippewa River Chiefs, 10-5, in Lyman Bostock League action at Coney Island Coliseum, with Coney Island shortstop Chad Larson named player of the game. Jesus Espinoza earned his 3rd save in 4 chances. The Cyclones go to 50-63, putting them last in the Lyman Bostock League Dick Williams Division.
Larson had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the first inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Cyclones went on to win.
