Black Squirrels Squelch Dancin' Outlaws Offense in Shutout Win

Tree City got a strong outing from Rudy Cortez as the Black Squirrels defeated the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, 4-0, at The Nut House. The winning pitcher was Cortez, now 5-3. He tossed 6 innings of 2-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 6. Mike Mager was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 2 of 4 save opportunities.
