The Boise Bloodhounds did just enough to secure a 4-3 victory over the Barrow Frosties at Grand Canyon Valley Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Francisco Martínez, who captured player of the game honors. Boise now sits at 44-57, while Barrow falls to 48-53.

The Bloodhounds got a big at-bat from first baseman Josh Tatham. For the game, Tatham went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Boise a 4-2 lead.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Barrow manager Evan Warner. "The effort was great."
