Bryant contributed a big hit, a 2-run triple, for Kingwood in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 2-1, Bryant took a forkball from Seamus Floyd and stroked the triple to right-center. His 2nd triple of the season allowed the Knights to leap in front, 3-2.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Bryant. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
