The skies opened up and the rain fell at Prefontaine Park.
Houston rode a decent outing from starter M嫞imo 聲gel to victory over the Eugene Emeralds at Prefontaine Park. The final score was 4-2. Houston now has a 3-game win streak.
Had Justin Simino not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Simino hit a 2-run double. That made the score 4-2, in favor of the Sting.
