Victory Over Cyclones Takes Okanagan to 62-29
The Okanagan Lake Monsters did just enough to secure a 5-4 victory over the Coney Island Cyclones at Coney Island Coliseum. Nobody did more than third baseman Zachery Randazzo, who captured player of the game honors. Jeff Kent got the save, his 14th in 17 chances. Okanagan is now 62-29, 12 games up in the Lyman Bostock League Dick Williams Division.

Randazzo had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 3rd in the top of the sixth inning, when he hit a 2-run triple. The Lake Monsters went on to win.

"We played hard and won," said Randazzo. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'
