The West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws stopped the Stroudsburg Shade, 5-3, behind an impressive performance from Totoya Yamaguchi. The 25-year old catcher made life miserable for Stroudsburg pitching. He was 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Kenny Moran was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 29 of 31 save opportunities. The second-place Dancin' Outlaws have won 10 in a row.

Yamaguchi had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 0-1 fastball from Naoyuki Kikuchi, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Dancin' Outlaws a 5-3 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Yamaguchi.

In postgame comments to the West Virginia Today, Yamaguchi said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
