Kingwood and Okanagan duked it out at Elks Stadium and the Knights came out victorious.

Okanagan first baseman Kyu-jin Han was sensational. He was 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Kingwood beat the Lake Monsters, 6-4. Han was named the player of the game despite the loss. With the win, the Knights have a record of 39-50.

The Knights got a big at-bat from second baseman Wade Szarek. For the game, Szarek went 1-4 with a double. In the top of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 6th double of the season gave Kingwood a 3-2 lead.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Szarek told a Kingwood Bulletin reporter. "Sometimes we need just to relax."
