Big Day by Hoolahan Ignites Toreros Win
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros grabbed a 8-6 win over the Maple Marauders at Legends Park. Cabo San Lucas third baseman Damian Hoolahan went 3-4 with a home run, a triple, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 to earn player of the game honors. The win was credited to Ramón Gonzáles in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Paul Barrett took the loss. Amirtharaj Nagaraja converted his 11th save in 14 tries.

Hoolahan had a big at-bat with a runner on 2nd in the top of the second inning, when he hit a run-scoring triple. The Toreros went on to win.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Hoolahan said. "We did a good job of that today."

The 'W' lifts Cabo San Lucas's record to 21-37.
