Manuel Pena never let the Hornets get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his change up, to pitch the Princes to a 3-1 win. Bel Air reliever Omar Hernandez picked up the win to move to 1-1. Jose Rodriguez suffered the loss. Shayne Cluff, credited with the save, is now 10 for 15 in save opportunities.

The Princes got a big at-bat from right fielder Amari Cameron. For the game, Cameron was 1-4 with a walk. In the bottom of the seventh, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 57th hit of the season gave Bel Air a 2-1 lead.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Pena told the Bel Air Herald.

Bel Air is in last place in the Donnie Moore League Tommy Lasorda Division with a record of 31-56.
