Getting a good performance from second baseman Mario Moreno, the Kingwood Knights defeated the Barrow Frosties, 13-4. Moreno went 3-5 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Knights. The Frosties, now 41-41, have lost 6 in a row.

Moreno had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the first inning, when he hit a bases-clearing double. The Knights went on to win.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Moreno.
