Bethesda got an elite performance from starting pitcher Franck Guillaume in taking a 2-1 decision over the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws. The Hornets own a robust 50-26 mark.
Sean Witter, who is tied for 3rd in the AHL with a .443 on-base percentage, aided the Bethesda cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the shortstop was 1 for 4.
"I really like what we did out there today," Witter said after the game.
