Saints Rally to Eke Out Win
The St. Paul Saints grabbed a 9-8 win over the Charleston Panthers at Franklin Mountains Field. St. Paul right fielder Bill St.john slugged 2 home runs. He scored 4 runs and drove in 2 to earn player of the game honors. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for St. Paul.

St.john had a game-changing home run in the top of the 11th. On a 1-2 fastball from Tim Gresham, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Saints a 9-8 lead. It was the 15th home run of the year for St.john.

"This game had a little bit of everything," said St.john.
