Frosties Solve Dancin' Outlaws, 5-3
|
The Barrow Frosties topped the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, 5-3, with designated hitter Myles Aucoin playing a big role. Aucoin went 1-2 with a home run and was hit 2 times, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Frosties in the win. Ryuhei Akamine converted his 6th save in 7 tries. The Frosties improve their record to 26-29 with the win over West Virginia.
Aucoin had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the sixth inning, when he got hit by a pitch, driving in 1 run. The Frosties went on to win.
"We did enough to win," said Aucoin.
