Reddy 4-4 in River Chiefs Win

The skies opened up and the rain fell at The Reservation.
The Chippewa River Chiefs defeated the Coney Island Cyclones, 9-1, at The Reservation today. Leading the charge for Chippewa was third baseman Chris Reddy. He was 4 for 4 with 3 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The win was credited to Eddie Zuniga in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Steve Nigro took the loss.
Tommy Wilson aided the Chippewa cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the right fielder went 1-1 with 3 walks. He drove in 2 runs.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Reddy told the Chippewa Today.
The River Chiefs bumped their record to 21-13 with this latest triumph.
