Ohayashi Dazzles in Cabo San Lucas Win
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros went home winners at "The Fort" at B.C. Place, thanks in large part to starter Masazumi Ohayashi. Ohayashi silenced the Vancouver Pioneers, enabling Cabo San Lucas to grab the 2-1 win. The last-place Toreros lifted their record to 19-32.

Ohayashi, who dominated for Cabo San Lucas, earned the victory to move to 4-1. He was in control the whole game, scattering 5 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 10. Vancouver batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Ohayashi told the Cabo San Lucas Herald.
