Bums Lose, 10-1, at Heartland Kettlecorn Stadium
|
San Angelo Mustangs starter Joe Kearns had all his pitches working at Heartland Kettlecorn Stadium. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 10-1 San Angelo win over the Palm Beach Bums. Kearns got the win, improving to 4-2. He allowed 6 hits and walked 3 over 8.2 innings. Kearns allowed 1 earned run. The Bums fall to 12-17 and continue their wobbly start to the 2033 season.
Boyd Adler was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 against the Bums. In the bottom of the first inning, he reached on an error by the SS, driving in 1 run, putting San Angelo in front, 1-0.
