Knights Top Dancin' Outlaws to Even Record

The Kingwood Knights faced a tough opponent in West Virginia pitcher Harrison Keightley, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Penlee Park by a final score of 6-2. Keightley went 5 innings and allowed no earned runs. Steve Vincent earned the win for Kingwood. He lasted 6 innings, allowing 2 earned runs on 4 hits, while striking out 3. With the win, he raised his record to 2-1. The win gives Kingwood a record of 13-13.
The Knights got a big at-bat from first baseman Jaden Bryant. For the game, Bryant went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the third, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 5th home run of the season gave Kingwood a 3-1 lead.
