Knights Lose to Gnats in Walk Off
The Nichols Gnats downed the Kingwood Knights, 6-5, in 10 innings. Erik Butler led the way, going 2-for-4 for Nichols. The Knights drop to 10-11 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2033 season.

Nichols won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With two outs and Matt Fernandez on the mound for Kingwood, designated hitter Eric Behan hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Gnats fans to their feet.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Nichols manager Reese O'Higgins.
