Sasquatch Stumble, Lose to Blazers
Behind a solid performance from catcher Eugene Axe, the Bloomington Blazers defeated the Seattle Sasquatch, 10-3. Axe went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Blazers. Rubén Cabrera got the win, improving to 5-5. He worked 5.2 innings, giving up 3 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 3. Bloomington has an impressive 33-17 record.

The Blazers got a big at-bat from designated hitter Camden Mansel. For the game, Mansel went 1-4 with a home run and a walk. In the top of the third, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 14th home run of the season gave Bloomington a 3-2 lead.
