Parker Delivers Walk-Off Win for Cyclones
The Coney Island Cyclones topped the Okanagan Lake Monsters, 7-6, with youngster Steve Woods playing a key role. Woods went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Cyclones in the win. The win lifts Coney Island to a record of 5-7.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Coney Island right fielder Tim Parker, facing Juan López, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Cyclones the 7-6 win.

"It wasn't a pretty victory," said Woods, "but we got it done."
